About Us
Asa Retreats offer luxury day retreats set in a recently renovated Barn in the Bedfordshire countryside.
Built on the idea that we all deserve some "self-care" we host wellbeing days, half-day retreats and private events (birthdays, hen parties, baby showers, girls get together, corporate events), all based around mindful movement, nutritious food and relaxation.

Ali Mackenzie White
Ali Grace Wellness
Ali is an experienced Yoga Teacher, Mat Pilates & Reformer Pilates Teacher with over 10 years experience in various roles across the wellness & fitness industry.

Ali currently teaches small group classes at The Studio, online and offers 1:2:1 Reformer Pilates from her home studio.
​
Travel is her passion and she has been lucky enough to train & teach in some of the world's most beautiful places.
Her aim is to empower you to feel good on and off the mat by sharing the practice of yoga, inviting this ancient practice into our modern lifestyle and guiding you to find strength and stability through the practice of Pilates.
Amy Bunker
Amy's Dance Academy
Amy is the Principal of Amy's Dance Academy in Leighton Buzzard & owner of Bunkers Barn - our venue.

After qualifying with her ISTD DDE in Ballet, Tap & Modern she danced in the commercial industry. An injury caused her to become interested in how ballet can be used as fitness for all ages & abilities. Subsequently she went on to complete a Progressive Ballet Technique course.
​
The dance school is located at The Studio and offers a variety of different styles for all ages along with her weekly Barre classes.
​
Being a Mum she understands the importance of safe, informative and above all friendly fitness classes for both your physical & mental wellbeing.
Sarah Pearson
Pear Projects
Sarah is the owner of Pear Projects, which is designed to bring overall Women's wellness, fitness & massage to the community.
​
There are several ways in which this is achieved; as a Power Plate® Instructor (for all abilities but specifically post natal women), as an ante & post natal fitness expert and as a Holistic Core Restore® Coach.
​
She is passionate about women's health & wellness and offers her classes at her small private studio, online training & at The Studio.
​
Sarah works with all kinds of women but mostly those who are after a sweaty, challenging but core & pelvic floor safe fitness.
Also a Mum, Sarah strives empower pre & postnatal women.
